Our Recruitment Process
Our process has been developed inline with our tutoring service to ensure we present the correct candidates to you. This formally starts with an interview with the key stakeholders within the school to determine a vision and suitable candidate type – this could be anything from desired personality type to teaching experience.
Once this is established, we use our network to advertise the job – anyone new to our network is met with a face to face interview, where we determine the feasibility to put them forward as a candidate.
After this process, we put the candidate forward to for interview, and facilitate the communication between the candidate and the school
