What are our tutors like?

We are looking for passionate, personable educators. Educators who love inspiring pupils to achieve the best they can and succeed not just academically, but socially and through the promotion of mental well-being. Our tutors come from a range of backgrounds: post-maternity leave primary and secondary teachers, qualified teachers who have decided to explore other options due to stress, teaching assistants with extensive class leading experience and red brick university students who have exceptional academic backgrounds. All tutors are required to have an enhanced DBS which is subscribed to the update service, or under a year old. We encourage our tutors to attend tutor networking and CPD events. Our tutors support with entrance exams (4+ 7+ 11+ 13+), KS1 support, KS2 support, KS3 support , GCSE support, iGCSE support, Functional Skills support, ESOL support, SEND support, Home Education support.
