PE: A balanced diet and exercise is very important to keeping our bodies fit and healthy. Create an exercise regime for yourself – consider the physical activities you already do.
Music: Consider the sounds of chocolate: the scrunching/rustling of the wrapper being opened; the snapping of a piece of a bar, the sound of hollow chocolate breaking; the munching and crunching sounds. Record these sounds making up your own beat and rhythm.
