Look at some Aboriginal artwork online. You will notice a lot of it is done via the technique of dot painting, Indigenous people use colours associated with the earth, including brown, umber, brick red, terracotta, yellow ochre, warm grey, burnt sienna, tan and shades of green. Can you create a dot painting of an Australian animal? Top Tip: You could use the opposite end of a paint brush to form your dots, a cotton bud or even a stick! You could do this for more than one animal.
