In the instance you are ill, you should contact the client with a telephone call. Please apologise for any inconvenience and offer to send an activity the child can complete independently and email to you.
In the instance the child is ill, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If the cancellation means the lesson is still chargeable, we ask tutors to ensure that during the hour the tutor is paid for, they complete some work for the student. A client cancelling more than once per term must understand that the tutor may decide to request a new assignment. In exceptional circumstance, we will do our best to facilitate the tutor making up missed lessons in a holiday period of mutually convenient.
