Contacting Clients

Once you have been assigned to a job you will receive an email stating you have been assigned. You can login and view the client address and phone details. This is done to keep client details safe and is part of our GDPR compliance. At this point, tutors must contact the client within 24 hours. We do understand that sometimes this may not be possible but you can always text the client to give details of when you can call.

During the phone call, you can answer any questions and gather any further information you need to know before both mutually agreeing the first session date.
